Get clear on your dreams with a vision list…then turn them into goals

I’ve been so focused on working toward achieving my specific goals lately, that I’d completely forgotten my vision list. I just revisited it this afternoon and spent a few minutes updating it, because all goals start with a vision.

Get started: clear your mind with a quick session of task meditation. Get all the practical to-do things out of your mind and into your time management system. Now you’re ready to start.

Put on some music, whatever you feel will get you into a creative mood: it could be something relaxing, or it could be energising. Light a candle or incense. Whatever creates that sense of “you time.”

Remember the three good questions: Who are you? Where are you? Where are you going? Stop and think about where you want to be heading in your life. What do you want to be experiencing:

Get moving through conscious action

Thanks to Rebecca for this path photo! Click on the photo to visit her blog.

As I mentioned in a previous post, the Law of Attraction has been very useful in assisting many people around the world in becoming more conscious of their thoughts and intentions, which is an excellent first step. Transforming our beliefs about money

Thanks to Gustavo for this great path photo from Argentina!

How do you feel about money? Is it an issue for you? Do you feel like you’ve never got enough? Like you need some more, and you just can’t figure out how to get it?

Let’s go back to the first question: how do you feel about money? Would any of the following statements apply to you? While reading through the list, if you think of other statements that apply to your beliefs about money, make note of them.

Money is limited.
Time is money.
The love of money is the root of all evil.
I never have enough money.
Having money gives you more options.
If I had more money, I would be more generous with it.
Money doesn’t make you happy.
Money can’t buy happiness.
People who don’t want money don’t have a healthy relationship with it.
People who want money are superficial.
There are more important things in life than money.
Money isn’t everything.
Money doesn’t grow on trees.
Money can only be earned through hard work.
It will take me years to save enough money to buy XYZ.
