These are exciting times for me with my business Tribal Publishing. I’ve been running an online course that comes to a close this month on social media marketing for small businesses and authors. Now I’m preparing some free materials that will be available for download, as well as a home study course. I’m also working on some new ideas for Ready to Bloom. My head is full of ideas!
Which means that sleep often doesn’t come easily. My hypnotherapist gave me some tips and exercises on how to fall asleep quickly, but I just couldn’t concentrate on them. My business planning was just too exciting!
Then I found some guided visualizations by Wild Bliss.
I’ve been listening to two of them at night before I sleep: Cultivating Bliss and Awakening Your Dream Self. They’ve made it easy for me to relax and to fall asleep, often before the recording is even finished. And the funny thing is that ever since I started listening to them, I can’t wait to go to bed. I’ve also been waking up easily when my alarm goes off, something that’s often been challenging for me.
Since I began listening to these audio recordings, I’ve been feeling lots of happiness, excitement, and anticipation. I’ve got this great feeling that something amazing is going to happen very soon. I’m so happy with them that I’ve also ordered a personalized inner journey to help me with some of the personal issues I’ve been working on over the past few months. I’m looking forward to receiving it, hopefully by the end of this week.
I’ve found that focusing on the issue I’m working on just before falling asleep can be extremely helpful in processing the issue and in helping shift things for me. I’m terrible at remembering my dreams, but what little I’ve remembered gives me the sensation that things are shifting at night, which is great.

There have been times that I’ve downloaded recordings where I absolutely love the content, but the person’s voice just isn’t relaxing, or perhaps they speak too quickly. These are excellent quality.
